Join Roundabout for our Virtual Duck Race! We are excited to announce this brand new event, and cannot wait to get quackin’!

Now don’t be a sitting duck – get involved. Standard yellow ducks are just £2 each – you can even name your duck so you can keep track of them during the race! You can have as many ducks as you like and you could even have your own competition between family and friends. Here’s the egg-citing bit…if you pay an extra £1, you can change the colour and deck out your duck with our top notch accessories! Fancy seeing an orange duck swim along wearing bunny ears? Or a purple duck in a pirate hat? We can make it happen!

Ducks are available to purchase online until Thursday 16th July at 2pm and the race sets off live on Roundabout’s social media on Thursday 23rd July at 6pm. Every sports event needs some top notch commentary and Mr Nick Banks, the drummer from Pulp, will be providing ours! Follow your duck through different heats to see if it makes to the final, where 20 prizes are up for grabs!

Duck Race Prizes

We have over 20 prizes up for grabs! Please note that some can be used during the lockdown and others will be able to be redeemed when the business re-opens.

We’re here to help! If you need support from our fundraising team or need more information about how you can help our charity, please email us at fundraising@roundaboutltd.org.

Roundabout’s fundraising and events programme has been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. We are launching a very special virtual duck race to keep you entertained, as well as raise much needed funds to support young homeless people across South Yorkshire. Buying a duck for just £2 or £3 can make such a difference to the work we carry out in our region and the lives of vulnerable young people, so thank you for your support.
