Everyone deserves a safe place to call home. Our Homeless Prevention Advice service is here to help young people facing homelessness or those at risk, in Sheffield and Rotherham. We’re here to listen, understand your situation, and let you know the options you have. Whether it’s advice on housing possibilities or connecting you with other services, both within Roundabout and beyond, we’re here to help.

Q: Are you having problems at home?
If you’re finding things difficult at home, you may be able to benefit from our Talk It Out service. Our Talk It Out mediation service is here to support young people and their families, fostering understanding by talking and listening, aiming to resolve conflicts to create a better way to move forward together. Get in touch with our Prevention Service to find out more.
Q: Do you need support when we’re closed?
Our Prevention Service is open every weekday (excluding bank holidays) from 10am – 4.30pm. If you need urgent help outside of these hours, we recommend calling Sheffield City Council and talking to their Housing Solutions team on 0800 7311 689.
