“It takes a village”

Last year was both our busiest — and most impactful — yet. While I am deeply saddened by the rising need that drives this unprecedented demand, I’m incredibly proud to share that, thanks to our dedicated team, no young person under 25 had to sleep rough in the communities we serve. This level of achievement really does take a village.

Over the past year, Roundabout has supported more than 1800 young people through our services, from emergency and long-term accommodation to life-skills training and counselling — ensuring each young person received the tailored support they need to build a brighter, more secure future.

Our innovative approach continues to evolve, and in 2025, Roundabout became the delivery partner for Homewards’ new Upstream initiative, a pioneering school-based early intervention programme tackling the root causes of youth homelessness.

None of this would be possible without the powerful collaborations we’ve built with local councils, funders, and community partners. Your support has enabled us to meet this unprecedented need with compassion and resilience. Thank you for being part of our village.
