To provide accommodation and support to young people aged 16 to 18 who are part of the Care system or Youth Justice System, and empower them to develop their independent living skills to enable them to move on to their own accommodation.

The Resettlement Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery and contract management within the Resettlement Team, who provide supported accommodation to Looked After Children, Care Leavers and UAS young people.
