Safe Space

Safe Space is a project that aims to help 16 and 17 year olds who are struggling to manage their mental health. We offer a Safe Space for one young person to spend up to three days focusing on their wellbeing in a calm, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
During this time, the young person will stay in a beautiful three bedroom house in Sheffield which includes a lovely green garden, relaxing therapy and sensory room, as well spacious living areas. As well as having many activities to choose from, such as painting to meditation, the Safe Space team also support young people to work towards their mental and emotional wellbeing.
