The Waking Night Worker role is designed for someone who has a passion for working with young people with extremely complex needs who often can’t access mainstream housing and homeless services.
You will work as part of a team to provide support to young people aged 16-25 years in range of accommodation base services.
As an Upstream Project Worker, you will be part of an innovative team dedicated to preventing youth homelessness before it happens. Roundabout’s experience of supporting homeless young people has shown us that the roots of young people’s problems begin long before they arrive at our door post-16. This is why we are increasing our focus on preventing youth homelessness by identifying and supporting young people at an earlier stage.
To provide accommodation and support to young people aged 16 to 18 who are part of the Care system or Youth Justice System, and empower them to develop their independent living skills to enable them to move on to their own accommodation.
